How do I choose the right board size for my riding style?
At KORUA, we focus on surface area rather than just length. We recommend checking the 'Volume Shift' and weight range on each product page. If you are looking for deep powder performance, consider sizing up, while for carving and side-hits, a shorter, wider board often provides better maneuverability.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. For EU orders, we offer standard ground shipping, while international orders are handled via premium air freight. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the board.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
Do KORUA boards come factory waxed and ready to ride?
Yes, all our boards come with a factory wax and are tuned right out of the plastic. However, for the best performance in specific snow temperatures, we recommend applying a temperature-specific hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In certain regions, we also offer Klarna for flexible financing options.
How does the warranty process work?
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like delamination or structural failure under normal use. It does not cover 'rock shots,' impact damage, or wear and tear from rails and park riding.
