We want you to be completely satisfied with your new board, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted or waxed, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your gear in the original shipping box to ensure it remains protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
